It is our moral duty to preserve our community and environment through responsible practices and policies. We align our operations to ensure minimal waste and an eco-friendly approach. Our working space is backed with rain water harvesting.
We strictly say no to child labour and make certain that the same thought is translated through all our employees and vendors. We follow all government protocols including ESIC (Employee State Insurance Scheme) and EPF (Employee Provident Fund). Medical camps, food provisions, work injury compensation and transportation facilities are all part of our company initiatives.
Our company is socially compliant and is audited by BSCI and SEDEX. We also follow all required guidelines by LWG (Leather Working Goods) Gold Certified Tanneries.
COVID Compliant
The trying times of COVID-19 pushed us to become even more alert for our employees and their confidence in us. With the combined efforts of our teams, we have prepared a safer workspace in our factory.
Our unit is fully disinfected, all our workers wear masks and sanitize themselves constantly, body temperatures are checked before entering any department and frequent vaccination camps are set up.
We have also amended our work ethics to cope better with this rapidly evolving scenario.
