What We Do
Kunvar Overseas is a self-sustained export house where we manufacture our products from scratch, all under one roof. With a steady goodwill in the market, we have been developing five product categories over the years including leather garments, leather bags, small leather goods/accessories (SLG) and woven/outwear. We enhance these collections by using unique hand weaving and embroideries by artisans who are well versed in their field of art.
Our Capabilities
From finishing the garment to hand decoration, we cover a range of special value additions. We are equipped to not just hand embroider our products but also use computerized embroideries on garment in leather or in lining. Our founders’ keenness for knowledge has enabled us in keeping our clients updated with the latest trends, forecasts, technology and development techniques. Today we are a company of over 150+ employees who work in a premises that spreads over 30,000+ sq. ft. Our in-house teams dedicatedly take care of different work stations to ensure smooth integration of our client’s requirements and our capabilities.
Infrastructure
Kunvar Overseas houses over 120 machinery to develop products that are one of its kind. Our vertically integrated operations have allowed us to distribute responsibilities wisely. We have a dedicated team and head for each division including sampling, cutting and stitching, quality check and marketing & sales. Our warehouse facility and three showrooms within the factory help us showcase our diversified products from previous seasons and be even more prepared for the years to come. To quicken our processes and mark precision, we have installed systems like CAD and Digitizers & Plotter for pattern making and grading. All our machinery is bought from trusted brands like Juki and Intercom with no compromises in our production.
